The Technical Evaluation and Reference Group (TERG) has recommended that the Global Fund continue investing in the multi-country grants (MCGs) and Strategic Initiatives (SIs) as both add value in their own ways, as noted in two recent independent evaluations (one for each type of catalytic investment).

Le TRP et le Groupe Technique de Référence en Evaluation (TERG) regrettent des investissements cloisonnés, ponctuels et trop peu alignés sur les plans stratégiques des pays et demande au Secrétariat une stratégie affinée et visionnaire

Au terme d’un cycle de financement (2017-2019) et d’une année de revue des demandes pour le cycle 2020-2022 (NFM3), le Fonds mondial publie plusieurs documents relatifs aux investissements engagés pour renforcer le système de santé.

Le rapport du TERG au Conseil d’administration du Fonds mondial met en évidence les conclusions et les recommandations de l'évaluation prospective 2020 des pays et de deux examens thématiques.

Les deux examens thématiques portent sur la prévention primaire du VIH et le rôle du secteur privé dans l'exécution des programmes.

Le Groupe de référence de l'évaluation technique, ou TERG, a soumis son rapport au Conseil d'administration du Fonds mondial avant sa 45e réunion des 11 et 12 mai 2021.

Cette revue a révélé des progrès mitigés dans la réalisation des objectifs stratégiques (OS).

The Technical Evaluation Reference Group (TERG) of the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis (TB), and Malaria commissioned a mid-term review of its 2017-2022 strategy. The review found mixed progress towards the strategic objectives (SOs).
