Kenya has received millions of dollars from the Global Fund’s COVID-19 Response Mechanism (C19RM) to fight the pandemic. It has used these funds to procure COVID-19 related products and finance programmatic activities, including contact tracing and training and sensitization of frontline health care workers. Overall, these funds have contributed significantly to the national COVID-19 response.
